These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "You", "Your") and w677 ("w677", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of all services, products, features and content made available through the w677 website located at w677.cam and any associated subdomains or applications.

w677 is an English-language online gaming information and betting platform built for Pakistani users. The platform provides access to casino games, live dealer experiences, sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 League, ICC tournaments, international football and UFC — along with responsible gambling tools and account management features.

w677 does not hold a gambling license issued by any Pakistani authority, including but not limited to the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) or the State Bank of Pakistan. The legal status of online gambling in Pakistan is subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and related legislation. These Terms do not constitute legal advice. Users must obtain independent legal advice regarding the lawfulness of their participation.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user profile created by the User on the w677 platform, including all associated balances, transaction history and account settings.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, free bets, cashback or other incentive offered by w677 subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds by the User into their w677 Account balance using an accepted payment method.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and document verification process required by w677 before the User may withdraw funds or access certain account features.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the User from their own resources, excluding bonus credits.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount — or bonus plus deposit — must be played through before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited User" means any person ineligible to use the platform, including minors, persons already self-excluded, and persons in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
• "Services" means all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotional programmes, customer support and any other features available through the w677 platform.

Access to and use of the w677 platform is conditional upon your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. By completing the registration process, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox, depositing funds, or otherwise using the Services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms fully and without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and w677.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on w677, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a Prohibited User as defined in Clause 2 of these Terms.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. You acknowledge that determining the lawfulness of your participation is your sole responsibility.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on this or any related platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. All accounts must be operated by and for the benefit of the registered account holder only.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent or close family member of w677 or any of its affiliated entities, without prior written consent.

Each User is permitted to hold only one registered account on the w677 platform. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, w677 reserves the right to close all accounts involved, confiscate any associated balances and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. You are responsible for updating this information promptly if any of it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. w677 will never request your password. Any activity conducted through your account while using your credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify w677 support immediately via the live chat or email channel. Failure to report suspected unauthorised access in a timely manner may limit any remedial action available to you.

w677 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and fraud prevention standards. KYC verification may be required before you may withdraw funds, access certain features or benefit from promotional offers.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document — for example, a Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or valid passport.
• Proof of current residential address — for example, a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the past 90 days.
• Proof of payment method — for example, a bank statement or screenshot confirming ownership of the payment account used to deposit.
• Additional documents at w677's reasonable discretion to satisfy compliance requirements.

Document uploads must be clear, legible, unedited and valid at the time of submission. w677 reserves the right to reject documents that do not meet these standards and to request alternatives. Submitting falsified or edited documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

KYC review timelines are not guaranteed. w677 will process submissions as promptly as reasonably practicable. Users are advised not to expect immediate approval, particularly during high-demand periods.

Deposits into your w677 account must be made using payment methods accepted by the operator at the time of the transaction. Available methods are displayed in the Cashier section of your account and are subject to change. Local payment references familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced as contextual examples. Availability of specific methods is determined by the operator and these references do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. w677 reserves the right to refuse deposits from payment sources that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are published in the Cashier section. These limits may be adjusted as part of responsible gambling controls or at the operator's discretion.

w677 does not charge deposit fees as standard, however your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges. w677 accepts no responsibility for third-party fees.

You may request a withdrawal of your Real Money Balance subject to the following conditions being satisfied in full:

• Your KYC verification has been completed and approved.
• All active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account have been met in full.
• Your account is in good standing with no active compliance holds or investigations.
• The minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to your chosen method has been reached.
• The payment method you are withdrawing to matches the identity verified on your account.

Withdrawal processing times are not guaranteed and vary by method, volume and compliance review requirements. w677 does not accept liability for delays caused by your payment provider, banking institution or third-party intermediary.

w677 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request. Requests may be placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of such checks. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, w677 reserves the right to freeze and withhold funds pending investigation and, if applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

Returned withdrawals — for example, those rejected by your bank — will be credited back to your w677 account. You will need to initiate a new withdrawal request using a valid alternative method.

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives offered by w677 are subject to specific terms published at the point of offer. General bonus principles include the following:

• Each bonus offer is available once per eligible User unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using the same or multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each offer. Bonuses that are not wagered within the stated period will expire automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are published alongside each offer. Live casino and sports markets may have reduced or zero contribution rates.
• w677 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already actively in use at the time of amendment.
• Bonus winnings are capped at maximum win limits as stated in each offer's specific terms. Winnings exceeding the cap will not be transferable to your Real Money Balance.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting offer mechanics, coordinating play with other users, or using strategies designed to exploit bonus terms — will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

Where an illustrative bonus amount is referenced in platform marketing — for example "up to PKR 10,000 in welcome credit" — such figures are examples only. Actual eligibility, amounts and conditions are governed by the full published terms applicable to each specific offer.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the w677 platform. Engagement in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Registering or operating more than one account simultaneously.
• Using automated scripts, bots, AI systems or any software tools to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other users.
• Engaging in match fixing, collusion, chip dumping or any form of coordinated fraudulent play.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other criminal purpose.
• Depositing funds on behalf of a third party or otherwise acting as an agent for another person's gambling activity.
• Abusing bonus offers or exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with good faith participation.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt or interfere with the platform, its servers, APIs or databases.
• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting any content owned by w677 without written permission.

All content on the w677 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, software, interface designs and promotional materials — is the property of w677 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for the purposes of personal entertainment and in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, redistribution, modification or derivative creation of any platform content.

The w677 name, logo and associated marks are proprietary identifiers. Unauthorised use of these marks in any commercial context is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, w677 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the platform, including losses arising from technical errors, game malfunctions or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Loss of data, profits, goodwill or business opportunity in connection with platform use.
• Delays or failures in processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions or telecommunications outages.
• The content, accuracy or availability of third-party services, tools or integrations referenced on or accessible through the platform.

w677's total aggregate liability to any User, in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

w677 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, money laundering or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Chargebacks, payment disputes or fraudulent deposit activity.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months, subject to applicable dormancy policies.
• Risk management considerations at the operator's sole discretion.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, w677 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of applicable fees and adjustments) will be returned to the User via a verified payment method.

Users may close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests take effect as soon as reasonably practicable and do not automatically satisfy any outstanding wagering requirements.

w677 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides the following tools to help Users manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit thresholds. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period. Once reached, further play is restricted until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a short break from the platform — ranging from 24 hours to several weeks — without full account closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily block your own access to the platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the specified period. Contact support to activate this option.

Where w677 identifies patterns of play that may indicate problem gambling, it reserves the right to proactively impose account restrictions in the User's interest, including mandatory cooling-off periods or account review processes.

w677 enforces strict age verification. Access is restricted to adults aged 18 or older — or the higher minimum required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction — at all times. Underage gambling is illegal and will not be facilitated under any circumstances.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable gaming license. w677 does not hold a Pakistani gambling license, and no provision of these Terms should be construed as a claim of regulatory approval by any Pakistani authority.

In the event of a dispute, w677 requests that Users first contact customer support to seek an informal resolution. The support team will endeavour to resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe. Where an informal resolution is not achievable, disputes may be escalated through any alternative dispute resolution process published by the relevant licensing authority in the operator's jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under applicable local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

w677 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, w677 will use reasonable endeavours to provide advance notice via a notification on the platform or by email to the address registered on your account.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

Where you do not accept an amendment to the Terms, you must cease using the platform and notify support to arrange account closure.
